Introduction

The BIOPTRAIN participant user page has been designed to make the reporting process easier. It contains several sections corresponding to the annual activity report template. The idea is to make this sections a central place for gathering data needed for the report.

Page sections

• Ongoing activity
  • current and past project milestones (please use 4-6 bullet points for each year)
• Scientific highlights
  • objectives and results of the project stressing the most important scientific achievement made
  • pitched at the general public
• Dissemination
  • scientific outcomes: publications, patents, etc.
  • the way of results dissemination: journals, conferences, etc.
  • list of participation in conferences
• Networking, teaching and training activities
  • workshops, seminars, schools for training researches, etc.

Using templates

To make the creation of the page easier and preserve an consistent look the templates have been prepared:

• Personal data box - lists the information about the student
• Info box - gives graphically enhanced header for a paragraph
• Project year - splits paragraph into sections by project year (to be used inside info box)
